The R&EHubs are established in Ukraine and Georgia to strengthen cybersecurity education and research capacity through the deployment of integrated laboratory infrastructures and a unified digital platform.</span></span><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>Each hub incorporates three specialized laboratories focusing on 5G and beyond network security, AI/ML-driven cybersecurity, and quantum and post-quantum security. The infrastructure supports practical training, applied research, and cross-institution collaboration. A centralized digital platform (RESEC-HUB) enables secure remote access, laboratory orchestration, and hybrid educational delivery.</span></span><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>The report defines functional, technical, educational, and operational requirements ensuring interoperability, scalability, and long-term sustainability of the hubs. The successful offline and online demonstration conducted on 21 February 2026 confirmed the operational readiness and cross-hub integration capabilities.</span></span><span> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span lang="EN-US"><span>The R&EHubs provide a sustainable framework for advancing cybersecurity competencies and fostering international cooperation aligned with European standards.</span></span></p> </div> |
