Sommario:
- <p>Codes are in python. Required libraries: numpy, scipy, matplotlib, netCDF4, Basemap.<br><br>To reproduce all figures of the manuscript, first unzip inputs_zenodov2.zip. Then, use the following scripts.<br>(1) zndov2_figs_dv.py allows to reproduce Figures 1, 2, S1, and S6.<br>(2) zndov2_figs_hcmodmod.py allows to reproduce Figures 3, 4, 5, S2, and S3.<br>(3) zndov2_figs_hcersst.py allows to reproduce Figures 6 and S4.<br>(4) zndov2_fig_fc.py allows to reproduce Figure 8.<br>(5) zndov2_fig_subhc.py allows to reproduce Figure 7.<br>(6) zndov2_figs_hchadisst.py allows to reproduce Figure S5.<br>(7) zndov2_figs_eofs.py allows to reproduce Figures S8 and S9.<br><br>The script zndov2_procfuncs.py includes functions used in the scripts described above.<br><br>The script zndov2_dvfuncs.py includes the functions for the deviance computations.<br><br>Contact: vincent.verjans@bsc.es<br><br></p>
