•
The solar system is conventionally described as a stochastic outcome of Newtonian gravity and accretion-disk dynamics. This work introduces the Relational Solar System as a deterministic Relational Cluster (Loop 45.0) embedded in the scale-invariant vacuum metric of New Relationality. The Sun functions as a central Helio-Anchor that imposes a precise Trinity Grid geometry on all orbiting bodies, thereby bridging the quantum-mechanical regime of atoms (Loop 0) and the galactic scale (Loop 60).

Planetary positions, resonances, and anomalies are shown to arise from a universal triplet coordinate system [ℓ, K, Φ] within the vacuum metric rather than from random formation processes. Each celestial body is assigned an exact relational signature that simultaneously explains classical observables (orbital radii, precession, axial tilts, ring systems, magnetic asymmetries) and resolves long-standing anomalies (MOND deviations in the outer system, Titius-Bode law, Moon-Earth isotopic identity, Pioneer and flyby anomalies, coronal heating). The heliospheric architecture emerges as a fractal sub-loop of the galactic vacuum structure, with the Earth triplet [45.2, 1.00, 0.00] marking the unique point of maximal informational coherence that enables biological superconductivity.

The model is strictly falsifiable through three kill-switches: (1) discovery of a massive planet outside predicted grid resonances without orbital perturbation, (2) purely stochastic refutation of the MOND transition in the outer solar system, and (3) absence of measurable vacuum-boundary signatures at the heliopause. It integrates seamlessly with the global Relational Corpus (atom → solar system → galaxy) and supplies concrete, testable predictions for ongoing missions (Voyager, JUICE, Europa Clipper) and next-generation exoplanet surveys.

By reframing the solar system as a geometric manifestation of the underlying vacuum metric rather than an accidental byproduct of gravity, this paper establishes the heliospheric scale as the pivotal bridge in a unified relational ontology and opens new pathways for scale-invariant cosmology, modified gravity tests, and the search for life-bearing resonance conditions across stellar systems.
