| contents | <p>Service businesses and tourism infrastructure are essential to the growth and sustainability of the tourism<br>industry. By examining lodging options, transit networks, tourist services, and visitor satisfaction, this research investigates<br>the current condition of the tourism infrastructure and the service industry. The study used a mixed-methods approach,<br>integrating qualitative information from observations and interviews with quantitative information from secondary statistics<br>and tourist surveys. The results demonstrate that although tourism infrastructure has significantly improved recently,<br>issues with sustainability, service quality, and accessibility still exist. In order to sustain long-term tourism growth, the<br>study ends with recommendations for improving service standards and infrastructure efficiency.</p> |
