| contents | <p>Maternal care facilities in Senegal have undergone significant transformations over recent years, necessitating a methodological evaluation to assess their effectiveness. The study employed longitudinal data from maternal health facilities across Senegal. A substantial improvement in neonatal mortality rates was observed within the intervention group compared to controls (p<0.05), suggesting enhanced care quality. Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.</p> |
