| contents |
This paper develops an ontological model of Cosmic Intelligence as a self-reflective principle of explication of implicit content into explicit form. The starting thesis states that intelligence is not an emergent phenomenon of material systems, but a fundamental mode of existence manifested as the transformation of potential into structure. Program is defined not as a technical category limited to information systems, but as a universal ontological structure enabling the relation between the implicit and the explicit. Cosmic Intelligence is introduced as a self-programming system that programs the very process of programming, i.e., as a dynamic metastructure conditioning all levels of explication — physical, biological, cognitive, and ethical. Special emphasis is placed on the phenomenon of death as a challenge to any understanding of the relation between will and necessity, and on the ethical implications of freedom as an attribute of Cosmic Intelligence. The paper demonstrates that this concept enables the integration of ontology, epistemology, cosmology, and ethics into a unified process metaphysics, wherein the final state (self-relationality) is understood as infinite intensive explication, not as the termination of process.
|
