- <p>We investigate a phenomenological non-equilibrium unified equation that describes restoring</p> <p>forces generated by deviations from equilibrium. When the equation is normalized and Planck</p> <p>scale quantities are substituted, a dimensionless parameter D naturally appears. By evaluating</p> <p>the equation with Planck mass, Planck charge, Planck length, and the cosmic radius, a relation</p> <p>between microscopic Planck scale physics and cosmological scale structure emerges. The resulting</p> <p>scaling reproduces the magnitude of the observed cosmological constant.</p>
