- <p>In classical multiverse models (Eternal Inflation, String Landscape), bubble universes remain isolated, preventing information exchange and stable collisions. Bergmann Bounce Relativity (BBR) integrates stochastic mini-bounces into General Relativity, enabling overlaps between bubbles. These bounce overlaps create connected multiverses, where information (quantum states, gravitational waves) is exchanged and collisions proceed in a stabilized manner without singularities or destruction. This paper derives the bounce-overlap metric, analyzes stability during bubble collisions, compares with isolated bubble models, and provides testable predictions (e.g. CMB rings, GW signatures from overlaps). BBR/BMC transform multiverses from an isolated ensemble into a networked, bounce-driven system.</p>
