- <p>Regional economic blocs are pivotal in shaping Africa's development landscape. Angola, as part of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), exemplifies this trend. A mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating qualitative interviews with quantitative data from official reports and surveys conducted among key stakeholders in Angola. Analysis revealed a significant disparity in member country compliance rates with SADC's trade liberalization initiatives, ranging from 75% to 90%, highlighting varying levels of commitment across the bloc. The mixed-methods study underscores the importance of tailored strategies for regional integration and highlights areas requiring further policy adjustments within Angola's economic partnerships. Recommendations include enhanced collaboration between member states and improved monitoring mechanisms to ensure more consistent adherence to agreed-upon policies.</p>
