contents
Global Hazard Intel is a multi-source environmental hazard intelligence platform designed to monitor atmospheric and pollution-related risks using integrated real-time data streams. The system combines weather observations, air-quality diagnostics, geocoded location queries, and NASA event data to create a unified monitoring and analytics environment.

The platform focuses on four major hazard classes: dust transport and dust storms, wildfire smoke and transboundary plume movement, chemical or industrial emissions anomalies, and acute pollution spikes in urban and regional areas. A hazard fusion engine processes these heterogeneous signals and produces severity indicators and operational analytics.

Global Hazard Intel provides sector-specific analytics for meteorological operations, public health exposure monitoring, and earth-observation research. The system includes live dashboards, hazard trend visualization, and automated PDF/CSV reporting designed for decision support and environmental situational awareness.

This repository contains the IEEE-style research manuscript describing the system architecture, data integration workflow, hazard inference strategy, and operational relevance for environmental monitoring organizations, scientific institutions, and atmospheric research communities.
