-
This preprint represents the submitted version of the manuscript "Gold-decorated oxidized porous silicon nanoscaffolds as SERS platform for plasmonic pesticide sensing" by Kouz et al.

This work presents a Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) substrate developed by decorating oxidized porous silicon layers with gold nano-islands through controlled sputter deposition. The optimized architecture enables sensitive, label-free detection of acetamiprid pesticide with a detection limit below 0.2 µg/mL.

Related data:
The processed data supporting this preprint are available at:
https://zenodo.org/records/18945203
DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18945203

Version:
Version 1.0 (submitted version)
