contents
This paper proposes a paradigm shift in theoretical physics by introducing the "NEOBIT Theory" through the Cosmic Memory-Gravity Model. It addresses the fundamental divergence between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics by defining the universe as a self-correcting informational system. The core of this framework is the Neobit—the fundamental unit of quantum-memory resonance. Through a new master evolution equation, this model provides a deterministic derivation of the Fine-Structure Constant (alpha) and offers a testable alternative to Dark Matter and Dark Energy.
