- <p dir="ltr">This paper proposes a paradigm shift in theoretical physics by introducing the <strong>"NEOBIT Theory"</strong> through the Cosmic Memory-Gravity Model. It addresses the fundamental divergence between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics by defining the universe as a self-correcting informational system. The core of this framework is the <strong>Neobit</strong>—the fundamental unit of quantum-memory resonance. Through a new master evolution equation, this model provides a deterministic derivation of the Fine-Structure Constant (alpha) and offers a testable alternative to Dark Matter and Dark Energy.</p>
