•
The article presents an extensive review of the influence of a multicultural environment on the psycho-emotional state of young people in the Republic of Crimea, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific research of recent years. The author examines the key factors that contribute to the formation of aggressive reactions and increased anxiety in representatives of the younger generation in a multinational and multi-confessional space. Among such factors are: the level of tolerance towards other cultures, the style of family education, the quality of interpersonal relationships, the impact of the media, as well as individual personality traits - such as self-esteem, emotional stability, a tendency to stress reactions and the level of empathy development. Particular attention is paid to the role of interethnic interaction in the process of socialization of young people, which can both contribute to the development of intercultural communication skills and be a source of conflicts and psychological stress. In the context of a multicultural environment, the phenomena of cultural shock, adaptation difficulties, language barriers and differences in behavioral norms are considered in detail. The importance of religious dialogue and educational environment as key mechanisms for developing a respectful attitude towards cultural diversity and reducing intergroup tension is emphasized. The analysis allows us to conclude that the multicultural environment of the Republic of Crimea requires a systematic approach to issues of education and psychological support for young people. This is due to the need to prevent destructive behavior, reduce social tension, and develop sustainable intercultural interaction skills in young people. The article offers practical recommendations for the development and implementation of multicultural education programs aimed at developing emotional intelligence, stress resistance, cultural empathy, and tolerance among students and schoolchildren. These problems are especially important in the context of higher education, where young people from different ethnocultural backgrounds regularly face the need to interact in educational and extracurricular activities. The use of such methods as ethnocultural trainings, interfaith meetings, student clubs for intercultural dialogue, as well as the introduction of courses on the development of emotional literacy and media literacy to counter stereotypes and prejudices is proposed. The neurobiological and environmental aspects of the formation of aggression and anxiety are also considered, including the influence of climatic conditions, the level of urban development and the availability of green areas. Of particular importance is the integration model of acculturation, which allows one to preserve one's own cultural identity and at the same time successfully adapt to a new socio-cultural environment. The results of the study can be used by teachers, psychologists, social workers and politicians in developing regional programs for social harmonization, preventing interethnic tensions and creating a safe and comfortable educational environment in multinational Crimea.
