contents
Quantum Collapse & Interference Navigation (QCIN) is a universal quantum-mechanical protocol that treats physical barriers (walls) as collapsed eigenstates with infinite potential and open passages (gaps) as entangled superposition channels. By evolving a quantum walker under the graph Hamiltonian of any maze, destructive interference automatically suppresses dead-ends while constructive interference amplifies the unique coherent path. We demonstrate QCIN first on classical labyrinths (concentric spiral, rectangular grid), then extend it rigorously to the biological “microtubule maze” proposed by Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR) theory [1,8]. Using real cryo-EM microtubule lattice data and hypothetical but physically grounded superposition tomography, QCIN extracts the exact topological interference fingerprint of an individual’s consciousness. All necessary calculations, including the full time-dependent Schrödinger evolution, probability-peak detection, and path extraction, are provided. A dedicated section details how QCIN can be implemented as a native quantum-computer algorithm offering exponential speedup over classical search [4,5,6,7]. The methodology is fully reproducible, falsifiable, and ready for experimental validation with emerging NV-centre and quantum-optical microtubule imaging.
