The paper argues that a carefully staged Islamic window approach can serve as a lower-friction transition mechanism for emerging markets, particularly Uzbekistan, by enabling demand testing, governance standardization, and gradual ecosystem formation before full-fledged Islamic banking expansion.</span></p> |
