contents
This release archives the image-analysis pipeline used in the associated manuscript describing the ex ovo intracardiac neuroblastoma model for evaluating NK–tumor interactions.

The repository contains scripts for fluorescence image processing and quantitative analysis, including CellPose-based cell segmentation, Otsu threshold refinement, background correction, automated cell detection, and spatial proximity analysis between NK cells and GFP⁺ neuroblastoma cells using a calibrated 75 µm interaction radius. The workflow was applied to both ex ovo chick embryo imaging datasets and in vitro co-culture assays.

The README file includes tables summarizing adjustable segmentation and classification parameters to facilitate reproducibility and adaptation of the pipeline.

This archived release ensures reproducibility of the computational workflow described in the protocol.
