- <p>This dataset contains genomic information from 972 <em>Streptococcus pneumoniae </em>samples, utilized in the reconstruction of the recent global pneumococcal sequencing cluster 6 (GPSC) genome epidemiology study. The dataset features isolate id, year of collection, country of origin, serotype, multilocus sequence type (MLST), antibiotic susceptibility estimates the pipelines at <a href="https://pathogen.watch/">https://pathogen.watch/ </a>to detect AMR using curated genetic determinants and PBP alleles identified using to predict betalactam non-susceptibility. </p>
