- <p>This paper introduces the Entropic Latency Theory, modeling spacetime as an information channel with a finite bandwidth (Bekenstein bound). We derive a disformal metric correction that explains latency effects in high-density regions, effectively resolving the singularity problem via an "Information Wall" and providing an entropic origin for dark matter-like phenomena. The theory predicts a testable coupling constant kappa_J ~ 1.8e-17.</p>
