contents <p>Open-source StyleGANv2 weights for generating 256x256x4 volumes of TOF-MRA images centered on the Circle of Willis. Model was developed in the frame of the ANONY-MED project, instructions for running inference are available at:<br>https://github.com/claim-berlin/ANONYMED-demonstrators/tree/main/1_STROKE/1_DATA_SYNTHESIS/local_stylegan</p> <p>The current model is derived from a previous publication (Aydin, et.al. 2024). It excludes all TOF-MRA datasets that are not licensed for direct download/access and adds more recent published TOF-MRA datasets.
