•
Abstract - In recent years, vegetable waste generation has increased rapidly due to growing population and market activities. Large quantities of unused vegetables are thrown daily from local markets, households. Most of this waste is dumped in open areas leads to landfills and also environmental pollution, bad odor, and greenhouse gas emissions. At the same time, livestock farmers are facing major challenges due to the rising cost of commercial cattle feed. This creates a need for an affordable and sustainable alternative feed solution. BioFeed, a simple and eco-friendly approach for converting sorted vegetable waste into nutrient-enriched cattle feed bricks. vegetable waste is first collected and properly separated to remove plastics, spoiled materials, and other non-biodegradable substances. The sorted waste is then washed and cut into smaller pieces to improve the efficiency of drying. Since vegetable waste contains high moisture, it is dried using natural sunlight or solar drying methods to reduce moisture content and prevent microbial growth. After drying, the material is ground into smaller particles and mixed with additional nutrients such as rice bran, oil cake, mineral mixture, and salt to enhance its nutritional value. The final mixture is compressed into brick form, making it easier to store, transport, and use. The developed feed bricks aim to reduce vegetable waste disposal problems while providing a low-cost and practical feed option for cattle. This approach supports sustainable livestock farming, promotes responsible waste management, and contributes to environmental protection by converting waste into a value-added product.
