contents <p>This dataset contains processed RNA-seq expression data from SAS oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells under five experimental conditions: (1) Control (Ctrl_Ctrl), (2) Enzastaurin treatment (Ctrl_Enza), (3) PMA treatment (Ctrl_PMA), (4) Starvation + Enzastaurin (starc_Enza), and (5) Starvation + Control (strav_Ctrl). The dataset includes raw read counts, TPM-normalized expression values, log2 fold-change values, adjusted p-values, and raw p-values for seven pairwise comparisons. A total of 60,623 genes (Ensembl IDs) are included. This data supports the findings reported in the associated manuscript: "PKCβ Orchestrates Stress Adaptation and Metastasis in OSCC via the c-Myc/H19/uPA Signaling Axis.</p>
