Since the vast majority of governmental and transnational entities are located in this city and are in constant communication with foreign countries, the exchange of information requires special attention, efficiency, and professionalism. </span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">In an ever-advancing world where global interaction is of vital importance to establish relationships, the demand for official certified translations services with legal validity at national and international level has increased. The role of the sworn translator is to create a reliable intercultural connection between different countries and contexts through the correct exchange of information across languages.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Thus, the main goal of this Master's thesis is to design a business plan, focused on the city of Quito, which establishes the guidelines for the creation of a Certified Official Translation Company for documents of different types such as medicine, education, finance, legal, among others, to satisfy the need for legal and certified translations of all types of documents. </span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">The feasibility of this business plan is determined through marketing strategies, financial and operational plans, internal and external analysis of the translation industry and an organizational structure. </span></p> |
