•
The vibration data of the analyzed bearings in this study are provided by the test bench of the Unit URMM-CRTI ex URMA-CRTI. The test bench consists of a three-phase 0.37 Kw induction motor, a speed drive system, and bearings in different states. The tested bearing supports the drive side motor shaft; three ICP industrial accelerometers (CTC AC 140-2D) with a sensitivity of 100 mV/g are used. A variable speed drive, Lenze ESV371N01SXB is used to control the speed of the AC motor, and the vibration signal is acquired at the following speeds: 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 Hz. The vibration signal data is analyzed and stored using the VibraQuest software ( VQ-DT8) with a sampling frequency of 25.6 kHz and an acquisition time of 10 s for each operating condition. The considered bearing faults cover the defects of the outer race, the inner race, the rolling ball, and the combined fault.
