  • <p>This repository contains supporting datasets produced within the PRIN project “RiWeCIS”, funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR).</p> <p>Due to Zenodo platform limitations, the repository is provided as a compressed (.zip) archive in order to preserve the original folder structure. Users are required to extract (unzip) the archive to properly access and navigate its contents.</p> <p>The archive is organized into two main subfolders:</p> <p>1. Supporting data WP2  <br>2. Supporting data WP3  </p> <p>----------------------------------------<br>Supporting data WP2<br>----------------------------------------</p> <p>This folder contains datasets related to Work Package 2.</p> <p>It includes:</p> <p>- Sequence alignments in FASTA format for the ALS and PDS genes of the species involved in the project, organized into monocots and dicots  <br>- Data from in silico analysis of potential siRNAs, generated using the siRNA Wizard tool (https://www.invivogen.com/sirnawizard)  <br>- Real-time PCR (qPCR) data, including:<br>  - Calibration curves  <br>  - Melting curves  <br>  - Primer sequences  </p> <p>----------------------------------------<br>Supporting data WP3<br>----------------------------------------</p> <p>This folder contains datasets related to Work Package 3.</p> <p>It includes:</p> <p>- Physicochemical characterization data of the nanoparticles used in the project  <br>- Results from whole-plant assays of the nano-encapsulated herbicide  </p> <p>----------------------------------------</p> <p>All materials are provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the research results associated with the PRIN project “RiWeCIS”.</p>
