Kazantsev leg. ’ (ICM and LSAM).</p><p><b>Distribution.</b></p><p>Eastern USA (from Pennsylvania and southern Illinois to Georgia and Louisiana) (Green 1951).</p><p><b>Biology.</b></p><p>Imagines in June – July; hibernating specimens were found in Illinois in February in a log (Green 1951).</p><p><b>Remarks.</b></p><p>Green (1951) also indicates <i>P. munda</i> for Arizona (Tucson), but this needs confirmation, as Arizona, lying in the west of the USA, is rather far away from the main distribution area of the species.</p> |
