FEMALE. Wing length 9 mm; mandible apical margin with a small inflected sector between the first and second teeth; clypeus wider than long, Cl_H/ W 0.73, apex truncate, ventral margin straight in apical view forming an oblique plane weakly sulcated; interantennal area with a strong median vertical carinate ridge; occipital carina well raised and inclined forward, ventrally the branch of the carina that diverges medially forms a definite edged border at sides of the buccal cavity; pronotum with humeral region projecting angularly outwards, subhumeral area very narrow, critical subhumeral distance about 1.0 mod; pronotal carina with lamella high, inclined forward; mesoscutum distinctly wider than long, Msc_L/ W 0.82, with distinct welts measuring ca 0.50 X length of the mesoscutum; tegula with general contour shaped as an elongate oval, but with posterior margin markedly turned inwards while not quite transverse, and with small angularly pointed posterior lobe; scutellum relatively plane, laterally compressed; process of metanotum lateral margin high and projecting backwards, anterior metanotal margin with a distinct median keel and with other two smaller adjoining ones; propodeum with submedian carina well developed and associated to distinctive striae on dorsolateral area; lateral carina quite elevated, gradually raised to a higher point at middle; propodeal apical lamella distinctly projecting as an angular rounded lobe; post-stem dorso-anterior region of T1 without a median longitudinal carina; T1 moderately short and considerably wide, distinctly convex (T1 scale: T1/Mpl ca. 1.03; width: T1md_W/T1 0.55; convexity: T1md_ H/T1 0.48; total divergence: T1_Wap/St 2.8; apical convergence: T1_Wmd/ap 1.23; stem of T2 very wide, StT2/StT1 1.77); distal lamella of T2 curled upward from side to side, elevated portion not very high and distinctly lower at sides; distal lamella of T3 and S3 continuously developed from side to side.</p><p><i>Sculpture</i>.
