- <p>This Zenodo record contains supplementary files for the manuscript on the effects of diesel exhaust particles (DEP) on immortalised human meibomian gland epithelial cells (iHMGEC). Included are supplementary data in PDF format and processed RNA-seq results in spreadsheet format, including gene expression and differential expression outputs used in the study. The data support analyses of DEP-induced effects on cell viability, inflammatory signalling, lipid production, and transcriptomic pathways relevant to meibomian gland function and ocular surface disease. Raw sequencing data are not included in this record.</p>
