Building on the foundation laid in GFI Paper 34, we demonstrate that the graviton spectral gap is uniquely determined by the Jones index [\mathcal{M}_0 : \mathcal{N}_0] = 2 of the modular inclusion.</p> <p dir="ltr">The central result of this work is the formal derivation of the "Spectral Bridge," which provides a rigorous distinction between axial (V) and polar (JV) graviton polarizations. We show that the symmetry breaking between these modes, governed by the J modular isometry, is the fundamental mechanism behind gravitational attraction. By mapping these algebraic structures to the linearized Einstein equations in Schwarzschild and Kerr backgrounds, we establish that G_N is a spectral invariant arising from the rigidity of the vacuum state. This framework provides a new pathway for understanding quantum gravity as a manifestation of operator algebra constraints.</p> </blockquote>
