contents <p>This study investigates the comparative morphological and morphometric changes in uterine tubes under conditions of experimental hypokinesia. The uterine tubes play a crucial role in female reproductive function, ensuring the transport of gametes and early embryos. However, the influence of reduced physical activity on their structural organization remains insufficiently explored. In this research, experimental hypokinesia was induced, and histological as well as morphometric analyses were performed to evaluate structural alterations in the uterine tubes. The results revealed significant changes, including a decrease in epithelial height, disruption of ciliated cell distribution, and thinning of the muscular layer. Additionally, morphometric parameters such as luminal diameter and tissue thickness showed measurable variations compared to control conditions. These alterations suggest that hypokinesia negatively affects tubal function through mechanisms associated with impaired microcirculation, metabolic imbalance, and hormonal dysregulation. The findings highlight the importance of maintaining physical activity for reproductive health and provide new insights into the structural basis of reproductive dysfunction under hypokinetic conditions. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the relationship between lifestyle factors and female reproductive physiology and emphasizes the need for further multidisciplinary investigations.</p>
