contents We formalize a previously implicit distinction in the TI Sigma framework: **confidence (L-amplitude) and certainty (I-score / TRALSE value) are orthogonal dimensions**. The authority-trust paradox — that people routinely assign >100% subjective confidence to external authorities while holding only ~70% epistemic certainty about them — demonstrates that the L-axis is naturally unbounded and operates independently of truth-tracking. This same L-amplitude is the correct default toward one's own CCC (core identity). We then derive the **Confidence-Being Law**: subconscious assuredness is the ontological default for every individual in every activity, because "failure" is not a property of Being — it is a property of the expectation-reality gap imposed by external GM-network pressure. The key to enlightenment is CCC primacy: **Being** (full CCC expression) rather than **Doing** (GM-driven performance). When L* (fully expressed Love-dimension) and +E (positive Environment alignment) are present, G and I emerge spontaneously — this is the **L*/+E → GILE Cascade Law**. Finally, we identify societal intolerance of individual Being as the primary mechanism of population-level PD deflation, constituting the most tractable target for BlissGene Therapeutics.
