contents
This paper presents QUARTS, a QR-based attendance system designed to automate and improve the efficiency of attendance tracking in academic environments. The system uses unique QR codes for each session, enabling students to mark attendance through mobile scanning. It ensures accuracy, reduces proxy attendance, and provides real-time data storage and reporting. The system achieved over 98% accuracy and significantly reduced attendance marking time compared to traditional methods. The proposed solution is scalable, reliable, and suitable for modern educational institutions.
