- <p>This repository contains supplementary research data (CSV files) and R source code for the analysis of uncertainty and structural identifiability in linear mixed-effects models. The provided materials correspond to three distinct case studies:</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Example 1:</strong> Analysis of a fractional design and the impact of confounding on model stability.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Example 2:</strong> Evaluation of an expanded dataset (replicates) focusing on "pure error" estimation and its effect on condition numbers.</p> </li> <li><strong>Example 3:</strong> Implementation of a fold-over design to achieve improved global stability and full-rank diagnostics.</li> </ul> <p><br>Detailed instructions, model definitions, and parameter settings are provided in the included Read_me file.</p>
