- <p>This paper presents the first observational evidence for a Planet 9 candidate in the constellation Taurus, identified through targeted application of Bergmann-Bounce Relativity (BBR). By cross-referencing the infrared surveys 2MASS (1998) and AllWISE (2010), a moving point source was isolated precisely at the π-stabilized coordinates predicted in Paper 73. The measured proper motion is consistent with a trans-Neptunian object at an estimated distance of approximately 600 AU. This establishes the first direct link between the theoretical predictions of the π-Revolution and real observational data. The candidate J040243.55+151836.2 warrants immediate follow-up observations with JWST and adaptive optics.</p>
