- <p>This dataset is used to produce figures for the paper "<span>Validation of the Equivalent Wind Analysis Using Ionospheric Height Differences</span>", submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics.</p> <p>The file hmf2 contains the hmF2 height.</p> <p>The file vmag contains the magnetic field aligned wind and vertical ion drift.</p> <p>Both datasets are the monthly mean (01: January, 03: March) in the geomagnetic coordinate at each hour.</p>
