contents
A workflow based on Streamlit for AFM fibrillar structure segmentation, height–length analysis, and 3D reconstruction.

The workflow is split into two main modules:

Module 1: AFM Structure Segmentation (CAE-based)

Performs sample-specific, multi-scale AFM image segmentation using a Convolutional Autoencoder.

Module 2: AFM Height–Length Profile Viewer

Computes height–length profiles along fibrillar structures from AFM height maps. The module uses the segmentation per-pixel vote map (generated by Module 1) to:

Extract height profiles along their centerlines

    Compute structural parameters

    Enable 3D surface visualization
