| contents | <p>The dataset contains IN Carta object-level exports (ObjectData, FieldData, and WellData) organized by compartment (EEA1, RAB11, LAMP1) and experimental group (A, G, H, I, J, K). Mean Cy5 signal intensity was quantified from object-level measurements using local background subtraction (BG3) and aggregated to per-well (per-animal) values.</p> <p>Timepoints include naive, 1 hr, 3 hrs, 24 hrs, and 1 week following single dosing, as well as 1 week following repeat dosing. Dosed animals are the animals that received 10mg/kg of the VHH-Fc-siRNA.</p> <p>Experimental groups are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>A = Naive</li> <li>G = 1hr Post Dose 1</li> <li>H = 3hrs Post Dose 1</li> <li>I = 24hrs Post Dose 1</li> <li>J = 1wk Post Dose 1</li> <li>K = 1wk Post Dose 2</li> </ul> <p>These data correspond to Figure 8D in the associated manuscript.</p> <p>This dataset contains raw and processed imaging data.
