- <p>Major update: Changed the reconstruction workflow. Instead of rotating the target volume at every iteration, the target volume is now kept fixed and only the updated components are rotated before being applied. This significantly reduces rotation-induced errors during reconstruction. Also removed redundant code paths and simplified the overall reconstruction pipeline.</p>
