| contents | <p><strong><em><span>Abstract</span></em></strong></p> <p><em><span><span> </span>The rapid growth of online gambling and skill-based gaming platforms, such as Rummy Circle, MPL, and PokerBaazi, has spurred concerns about cheating, fraud, and consumer protection in India and worldwide[1]. This paper examines real cases of alleged cheating and fraud reported by users, including algorithm manipulation, unauthorized transactions, and bots, which reduce transparency and fairness in online gaming. From 2021, in India and globally, there have been multiple cases related to platforms like Rummy Circle and others, where many people have gone through financial losses due to their greed.<span> </span>[2][3][4][5].</span></em></p> <p><em><span><span> </span>This research paper addresses this major issue which analyzing the laws and regulatory framework of the Indian Constitution, which will protect consumers from fraudulent practices.[6][7]. In research methodology, we have a mixed method with a comparative study of ten global countries. From this data analysis, we have come to a conclusion and suggestions to overcome the fraudulent practices to safeguard customers from cheating via mandatory audits, transparency, and cybersecurity measures.[8]. This Research paper studies worldwide rules and regulations and suggests the best policies that will frame regular audits and strict penalties against fraudulent practices. [10].</span></em></p> <p><em><span><span> </span>This research paper suggests solutions to strengthen anti-cheating measures in India's online gaming sector with security protocols and unified regulations in India.</span></em></p> <p><em><span><span> </span>The comparative analysis suggests best practices to aim for fair play and protect consumer rights.
