The prepared nanoparticles were characterized in terms of particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, morphology, and encapsulation efficiency. The optimized nanoparticles were incorporated into a topical dosage form, such as a gel or cream, and evaluated for physicochemical properties, stability, spreadability, and in vitro release behavior. The nanoparticle-based system is anticipated to exhibit significant antioxidant activity and effective blue-light attenuation, thereby reducing cellular damage. In conclusion, the proposed smart nanoparticle-based topical formulation represents a novel, effective, and safe approach for protecting the skin from blue light–induced damage, offering a promising strategy for next-generation dermocosmetic and therapeutic applications.
|
