To validate the theory’s core prediction—<strong>that the locking degree of excited nuclei is significantly lower than that of ground state/low-excited systems</strong>—we systematically analyzed gamma decay data from the nuclear energy gamma data file. This report integrates the results from Transparent Version 6.2 (focusing on between-group differences) and Partial R² Version 7 (focusing on internal details), providing a complete, transparent, and robust chain of evidence.</p>
