•
This paper derives a microscopic defect-isolation and exterior-reduction framework for the chiral matter sector of RIQG. It shows that, in a finite-range separated-defect regime, the global chiral operator decomposes into local defect sectors together with an exterior vacuum sector, so that previously established localized index and anomaly-neutrality results follow directly from the microscopic structure rather than from an auxiliary splitting assumption. The work also shows that this decomposition is stable under admissible deformation and refinement, and that low-energy matter-spectrum questions reduce to finite local spectral problems below the exterior gap.

Public research disclosure only.
