contents
This repository contains the code and processed data used in the study of gut microbiome dysbiosis in spondyloarthritis (SpA). It includes scripts for data preprocessing, diversity analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning approaches applied to multi-cohort microbiome datasets.

The repository provides phyloseq objects (taxonomic and functional count tables) together with minimal, non-identifiable metadata (Disease, Diagnosis, Disease activity). Sample identifiers have been randomized to ensure participant anonymity.

All analyses are fully reproducible and based on standardized workflows for microbiome data analysis, including diversity metrics, differential abundance testing, and predictive modeling.

Raw sequencing data are available through the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA) under controlled access (accession: EGAD50000002070; DAC: EGAC00001003263).
