VLSI can be categorized into digital, analog, and mixed-signal design, depending on application requirements.</p> <p>With continuous technological advancements, VLSI enables high-speed processing, reduced power consumption, and compact system design. It plays a significant role in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, communication systems, and the Internet of Things (IoT).</p>
