contents <p>Peritonsillar abscess is one of the most common complications of acute tonsillitis and remains a significant clinical problem in otorhinolaryngology. Despite the availability of modern treatment methods, the risk of complications and recurrence persists. The aim of this study is to improve the effectiveness of treatment of peritonsillar abscess by analyzing current therapeutic approaches and optimizing management strategies. The study highlights the importance of early diagnosis, timely surgical intervention, and rational antibiotic therapy. The results demonstrate that a комплексный подход significantly improves patient outcomes and reduces recurrence rates.</p>
