contents
This paper provides the final analytical closure to the Riemann Hypothesis (RH) within the Holographic Computer framework. As the definitive third part of our theoretical trilogy, this work bridges the architectural principles of "Binary Holographic Topology" and the V9-V0 identity established in Chapter 5.7 of our previous study on the "Collatz Conjecture" (Information Dissipation within the 10^122 Physical Horizon).
By employing the Method of Logical Exclusion, we demonstrate that the critical line (sigma = 1/2) is the solitary stable coordinate allowed for information conservation during the 5D-to-3D holographic projection. We define a universal boundary at the Base-55 horizon (55^123456788), where any "Information Residue" from non-trivial zeros leads to infinite entropy. Consequently, the "Holographic Parity Collapse" forces all trajectories to return to the V0 ground state precisely on the critical line. This research marks the transition of the Riemann Hypothesis from a mathematical enigma to a fundamental law of holographic stability.
