- <p>This paper presents a rigorous derivation of classical long-range forces―gravitation and</p> <p>electrostatics―from the fundamental equation of the Non-equilibrium Unified Theory. By</p> <p>defining an ”Effective Mass” (M) that integrates inertial mass and electric charge, we demon-</p> <p>strate that the gravitational constant G and the Coulomb constant ke are mathematically</p> <p>linked via the square of the electron’s specific charge (e/me). The derivation assumes the</p> <p>limit of vanishing many-body effects and point-particle approximations.</p>
