- <p>This repository provides all data and scripts used to generate the main and supplementary figures for the "Diversified rates of carbon and nitrogen assimilation in marine phytoplankton".</p> <p>The dataset combines bulk incubation measurements and single-cell NanoSIMS analyses to quantify carbon and nitrogen assimilation across phytoplankton groups. The workflow enables full reproducibility of all figures presented in the manuscript (Fig. 1–8 and Fig. S1, S3–S11).</p>
