  • <p><em>This document records two competing, pre-registered predictions for the non-gravitational acceleration of interstellar object 3I/ATLAS (C/2025 N1) at heliocentric distances from 6 to 20 AU. The Spacetime Ladder Theory (STLT) Q-field model (β = 1/3) issues a fixed numerical prediction with no free parameters: acceleration decays as r⁻¹/³, remaining above 2.0 × 10⁻⁷ m/s² at 10 AU. The thermal outgassing model (CO₂/CO-driven) predicts a range with multiple adjustable parameters: acceleration decays as r⁻² or steeper, dropping below 1.0 × 10⁻⁷ m/s² at 8 AU. This document is timestamped prior to the public release of outbound astrometric data beyond 5.2 AU. It serves as a transparent, unalterable scientific record. Science advances through predictions tested against data — not through post-hoc adjustments to preserve a preferred model.</em></p>
