contents
We propose that neutrinos play a fundamentally distinct role in physics, acting as a bridge between local dynamical phenomena and global temporal structure. This perspective is developed within the Chronion [1] framework, which models physical reality as a two-layer system: a fundamental ’Before Projection’ (BP), defined by global temporal structure, and an emergent
’After Projection’ (AP), corresponding to effective spacetime and field-theoretic descriptions. The notion of a “bridge” arises from the observation that neutrinos appear across a wide range of physical processes that are not structurally connected within standard frameworks. In contrast, within Chronion these processes admit a unified interpretation: neutrino dynamics
is consistently associated with the maintenance and transport of global temporal coherence at the BP level. Their seemingly disparate roles are thus manifestations of a single underlying function tied to the global structure of time.

We outline a minimal set of observational tests, including directional effects in neutrino oscillations and cross-correlations with cosmological anisotropies. These predictions provide a clear route toward falsifying the proposed interpretation.
Neutrinos thus emerge as structurally privileged probes linking local physics with the global geometry of time, offering a concrete realization of a missing bridge in fundamental physics.
